A collectible card game (CCG), also called a trading card game (TCG) or customizable card game, is a game played using specially designed sets of playing cards. While trading cards have been around for longer, CCGs combine the appeal of collecting with strategic gameplay. The modern concept of CCG games was first presented in Magic: The Gathering, designed by Richard Garfield and published by Wizards of the Coast in 1993. An earlier game that might be described as a collectible card game was The Base Ball Card Game produced by The Allegheny Card Co. and registered on April 5, 1904. From Wikipedia under the

What concepts do you thing should be include/excluded from the next big TGC? Give your opinion on the current big market TCG's and what you expect the next one to be like. Asked by pyrojelli - Mon Nov 12 22:19:33 2007 - - 1 Answers - 0 Comments A. The next big TCG will have some varient of Magic the Gathering. Whether it be play style or how to play spells, that's what I see. When Pokemon came out, I saw a lot of Magic in it. Even when Yu-Gi-Oh came out, I saw a lot of Magic in it. Sports games that have come out haven't really had any impact on the TCG world. They came, were hot, then fizzled away. Pirates (possibly the newest way to play TCG's) haven't really hit as big as I had hoped. Answered by Steve - Tue Nov 13 10:13:34 2007 Where can I download pokemon trading card game?
