How can I learn more about company and related products/services before going for job interviews?
Q. In addition to visiting company's websites (which gives high level information), I would like to learn more about what they do.. kind of brushing up some skills/experience to meet their job requirements? Are there inexpensive coaching or consulting where I can go and learn things so I can go into interviews with full confidence?

A. To increase your confidence before going for a job interview, I would suggest that you make sure that you are meeting all job requirements. In addition to learning about the company, you should learn the technical aspects of the job requirements. For example, job at Google may need you to know about search engines. Try "The Knowledge-Mart - learning by the hour". Available at They offer live, inexpensive, training courses through web meetings at your convenient time. Trainers are industry professionals and experts who could be on other side of the table during the interviews.
